Introduction to Kaohsiung Destination Marketing Organization

On July 21, 2022, Maolin National Scenic Area Headquarters under the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), held a preparatory meeting and on September 7, 2022 announced the establishment of Kaohsiung Destination Marketing Organization, in an effort to better integrate Kaohsiung City and the three townships in Northern Pingtung. The main development brand is "Mountain Sea Flow," with an image of overlapping ocean and rivers in Kaohsiung, while also encouraging tourists to take public transportation from the port city as they roam the beauty of the mountain city.
