Notes

1. As long as visitors use national travel or stimulus vouchers at the participating hot spring venues for baths or accommodation, they are entitled to the following activities.
2. VR game registration: The qualified participating companies may provide registration codes to the public. The participants should then take the challenges at the VR game site.
3. Online hot spring vouchers: Once passing the VR adventure game, the participants will receive the QR code of an online hot spring prize draw. Once they log in, they are entitled to the draw.
4. Prize-draw qualification: Once getting the QR code of the prize draw, the participants must leave their contact information. Then, they will be admitted to the draw.

Storyline

• A Ghostly Town - Finding Goblins in Baolai

  Japanese Yokai (strange apparitions) are the highlights of this event. As adventurers, visitors are to find the “Mountain Child” who loves to help humans. During the journey, they might meet other not-so-friendly Yokai. What should they do to overcome the challenges?

  A Ghostly Town - Liugui’s Guardian Angel

  There is a guardian angel that protects each place. The adventurers are to take the Meilunshan Hiking Trail by jumping into an ancient treasure book. In spite of vicious goblins around, there is the Genie of Bulao that helps people out. The genie will lead them to find Liugui’s guardian angel and awaken other deities to keep the region safe.

Free Gifts from Maolin

Activity Info

• Time: Oct. 30, 2021 - April 30, 2022
• No. of gifts: 3,000
• Introduction: In conjunction with the distribution of national stimulus and travel vouchers, Maolin National Scenic Area Administration now holds a gift event. Upon spending NT$200 or more with the vouchers in the scenic area, the visitor can get a special plum-flower gift, which includes three amulets (work, love, family relationships). The Administration wishes the visitors good luck with work, love, and family relationships.
• Rules:
  1. At the participating shops, use stimulus and travel vouchers
  2. Each purchase must worth at least NT$200
  3. A total of 3,000 gifts are distributed on a first come, first served basis
  4. Each visitor may only get one gift
  5. Depending on the actual circumstances, the organizer retains the right to change the rules of the game
