From Farm to Table

Session 3

Activity Content

  • Picking vegetables

    The farming experience is held during Liugui’s harvest season. Participants can try vegetables and fruits they personally pick on the farm. Through this, they shall learn to cherish food and appreciate farmers’ hard work.

  • The farm-to-table cooking class

    At our kitchen, we teach participants how to make delicious countryside food with freshly picked vegetables and fruits. The participant will learn the right way to wash, cook, and taste them.

  • The farm-to-table feast

    From farm to table, participants will learn to cook a range of fine dishes with vegetables picked right on the farm. No extra seasonings are needed - one can enjoy the taste of nature through an outdoor buffet.

Mountain Picnic

  • Session 4

    • Location: Bulao Hot Spring Area
    • Registration: online
    • Number of participants allowed: 30-50, on a first come, first served basis

  • Hunters’ BBQ

    Participants will learn to cook in the wild with the simplest tools. From processing cooking materials to setting up cooking facilities, the hunters will lead people to make delicious food and live in peace with nature.
