Sanfengzhong Street

The old name of Sanfengzhong Street was "Sankuaicuo Street" (Three blocks of Chu Kang), which before the construction of Kaohsiung Railway Station was also the area where passenger transport and trains stopped, which highlights its geographical importance. Because of the convenient transportation Sanfengzhong Street is a 400-meter-long block where visitors can see all kinds of north-south groceries piled up. It is also the largest north-south goods sales area in Kaohsiung. Its New Year Shopping Street is a must-see for Kaohsiung residents.

Following the transformation of the business district, the beloved delicious snacks previously sold by street vendors are still available. Old-fashioned salty glutinous rice balls, duck rice, love jade ice and other offerings satisfy the taste buds when shopping.
