He specializes in using local ingredients, identifying the unique taste and features of each one, then mixing and matching. He is proficient with the secrets of culinary cooking and has an in-depth understanding of the tastes of each ingredient, which he uses to deliver authentic tastes.
He specializes in Chinese cuisine and believes salty foods better express the characteristics of Taiwan's agricultural produce than desserts. Recently, he has been inspired by the five elements: metal, wood, water, fire and earth and designed a series of related food making courses.
